  • Billing and purchase data from Stripe (web) and RevenueCat/App Store (mobile).
  • Media you choose to upload for AI dance video generation, including your selected character image and motion/reference video, generated outputs, and related request metadata.
  • Technical logs, security telemetry, and device/app identifiers used to operate, secure, and measure the Services where permitted.

2. How We Use Information

  • Provide sign-in, account, and session management.
  • Process purchases, subscriptions, token credits, and refunds.
  • Generate and deliver requested AI media outputs.
  • Prevent abuse, fraud, and unauthorized access.
  • Monitor performance, debug issues, and improve the Services.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

3. Sharing of Information

We share information with service providers as needed to operate Kimitai. This includes: (i) AI video generation workloads processed using infrastructure we operate on Modal; (ii) API hosting on Railway; (iii) content delivery and object storage using Cloudflare and Cloudflare R2; (iv) web payments via Stripe; (v) mobile in-app purchases through Apple App Store / Google Play processed using RevenueCat; and (vi) other vendors for analytics, email, or security under appropriate agreements. We do not use your data for cross-app advertising tracking. We process and share personal data as described here, with your consent where required, and when required by law.

4. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

5. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. No system is completely secure.
