These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Kimitai's website, mobile app, and related services. How we process personal data and which infrastructure providers we use for AI features are described in our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility and Account

You must be legally able to accept these Terms and are responsible for activity under your account.

2. Services and Tokens

Kimitai provides AI-assisted dance video generation. Using generation features may send your selected images and reference videos to our systems as explained in the Privacy Policy before processing. Some features require tokens.

3. Billing, Renewals, and Cancellation

Web billing is processed through Stripe. Mobile billing may use App Store/RevenueCat.

4. Refunds

Refund eligibility is determined by applicable law and billing provider terms.

5. User Content and Rights

You must have rights to uploaded content and are responsible for lawful use of generated outputs.

6. Prohibited Use

You must not use the Services for unlawful, abusive, harmful, or fraudulent activity.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Services are provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

9. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use means acceptance.
